All prices in this shop are listed in United States Dollars ($) without sales tax, if you live in california sales tax will be added on your order during checkout.

Sizes of clothes often differ from country to country, what is the "real" size of your products?
If you follow the link from the product in question you will find cm sizes of all our clothing. You can also find the page here.
My product is broken/wrong. What do I do?
Oh, that's bad. Contact us via our "Contact us" page and we will sort it out.
If I'm not pleased with the product can I send it back?
Yes you can, as long as it's unused, complete, in original packaging and it's less than 14 days since you received it. Please contact us before sending anything back. We will refund the product, but not the shipping.
It has been X days and I still haven't got my stuff. What do I do?
Read our "Shipping and delivery" page and make sure that at least double the shipping time has passed since you got the e-mail stating that your order has been sent (not processed). If it has, please contact us via the "Contact us" page and we will sort it out.
I need the stuff at a specific date, can you guarantee I'll get it?
Sorry, but no, we can't. All shipping in the final stage is up to the shipping carrier and there is nothing we can do about it.
Do you giftwrap?
Nope, we suck at it, so you probably don't want us to do it, either.
I have an idea for a shirt!
Sure, send it in, but we do not promise anything.
How do you print?
We use Silk Screen Printing for our products. The print is always at least as good as industry standard. Some products may have special printing of some kind, that will be stated in the product info if that's the case.
What about Import Taxes, Customs and stuff?
Bytelove Inc is based in California and we ship our products from Michigan, so no customs or similar charges is added on your order.
